Three Ways I can Help...

1) Process Cultivation Roadmap

This is the first step I recommend to most clients.

After I meet with all relevant process owners, you'll receive an actionable roadmap containing:

  • Details of each identified process (Owners, priority, inputs, outputs, & maturity assessment)
  • Recommended software platforms and/or integrations (ClickUp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Suggested order-of-deployment based on impact vs effort
  • Internal deployment options (Interested & capable team members)

Additionally, I typically provide milestone-based fixed-price quotes for my process consulting services (see options below).

However, the roadmap itself is your IP. You are free to implement the roadmap yourself without any outside help, or provide the roadmap to other consulting firms to receive competitive bids.

My goal is to identify an approachable path for you to begin cultivating your processes - regardless of any budgetary or time constraints. 🌹

2) {Mostly} Asynchronous Consulting

After a virtual welcome call via Zoom, you’ll get guest access to my ClickUp workspace with a private Q&A form for your team to use.

We’ll collaborate back and forth using screenshots and Loom recordings, and once a month (if needed) we’ll have another Zoom call to make sure you’re getting the help you need.


This unique format allows me to provide customized help at a competitive price.

3) Full Service Consulting

This option is for those of you ready to dive head-first into modernizing your work management.

I’ll meet with your team multiple times per week as we walk through discovery, configuration, rollout, training, and post-go-live support.

This service is typically facilitated virtually, but in-person consulting is also available depending on location and budget.
